SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental US.                 

At this time, International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes.

 

RETURNS 

Items within its/their original inner and outer packaging that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon request by JACQUES NYC INC for valid domestic (US) returns. Items must be returned to JACQUES NYC INC within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Returns typically take 5 business days to process, excluding the day it was received. Tracking confirmation of delivery does not mean the return has completed processing (sorted, opened, quality checked, etc.). We cannot process refunds or exchanges until the warehouse confirms that the item(s) have completed processing. 

To return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@jacquesnyc.com. Please let us know why you are returning your item(s), the item(s) you’re returning, and your order number.
